Design-Business Hybrid: With your unique blend of service design expertise and business skills, you're adept at crafting user-centric services that effectively align with business objectives. You have a proven track record of translating complex business needs into innovative service solutions.
Client Management & Commercial Growth: You excel at independently managing clients from presales, onboarding to full delivery, with the ability to perform upselling and identify/create new commercial opportunities.
Research and Analysis: You're skilled in user research methodologies and business analysis techniques. Experience in strategic analysis and process mapping is a must.
Curiosity and Flexibility: Your experience navigating diverse sectors, clients, and business challenges is crucial. This role celebrates your adaptability and the broad perspective you've gained from working across multiple industries and projects.
Experienced Service Designer or Business Analyst: While we welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds in strategy or business operations, this role isn't suitable for those seeking their first design or analyst position.
Exceptional Communicator: You can articulate complex service concepts and business strategies in clear, compelling ways to both stakeholders and team members.
Innovation Champion with Proven Impact: You've spearheaded service innovations and can demonstrate tangible business improvements through your past projects or initiatives.
Collaborative Problem-Solver: Your curiosity drives you to challenge conventions and reimagine service experiences. You thrive in cross-functional teams, fostering an environment of shared creativity and insights.
Business-Minded Creativity: You approach design with a keen eye on business value. You excel at building client relationships and have a deep empathy for user needs and organizational pain points.
Language Proficiency: You are fluent in both English and Italian, enabling you to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders across diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
What you'll do in this role:
Drive End-to-End Service Strategy: Take full ownership of projects from initial vision through to implementation, demonstrating proactivity and strong accountability to ensure services that delight users and deliver business results.
Craft Comprehensive Service Blueprints: Develop detailed service maps and user journeys. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Build Strategic Partnerships: Work closely with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Foster alignment and set high standards for service excellence.
Champion Business-Design Integration: Apply your dual expertise to bridge the gap between creative solutions and business realities. Ensure services are both innovative and financially viable.
Elevate Team Capabilities:: Share your knowledge of service design and Business Design methodologies and techniques guiding project teams through the whole process. Demonstrate soft management skills—such as empathetic communication, conflict resolution, and motivational leadership—by defining the right roadmap and assigning tasks to team members, creating opportunities for skill development.
Grow Client Relationships: Cultivate long-term partnerships by demonstrating the value of your unique skill set. Drive new business opportunities through compelling proposals and pitches with a proactive approach and full accountability for results.
