We are looking for a Legal & Corporate Governance Intern to join our team and support the legal, contractual, and compliance activities of the company and the broader group. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real business operations, cross-functional collaboration, and structured corporate governance processes.

About the Role

As a Legal & Corporate Governance Intern, you will work closely with Administration, Revenue, Sales, HR, and Group-level governance functions.

You will support the drafting, review, and management of contracts, contribute to compliance and certification processes, and assist in legal and administrative activities connected to procurement and tenders.

This role is ideal for Law students who want to understand how legal frameworks operate in practice within a dynamic, design-led and innovation-driven organization.

What You’ll Do

Contractual & Legal Support

You will support the drafting, review, and management of contracts related to:

  • Client agreements (in collaboration with Revenue & Sales)

  • Supplier contracts (with Revenue and functional Heads)

  • Collaboration and freelance agreements (with HR & Administration)

  • Software licenses and digital services

  • Leasing, rental, and loan-for-use agreements

  • General Terms & Conditions of Purchase

  • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)


Corporate Governance & Compliance

You will contribute to company and group-level compliance activities, including:

  • Support on Legislative Decree 231/2001 model activities

  • Assistance with ISO and certification processes

    (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001, UNI/PdR 125)

  • GDPR & Privacy documentation support, working with the Privacy Manager

  • Preparation and review of compliance-related documentation

  • Support during internal or external audits (clients and suppliers)

  • Assistance with insurance documentation and banking-related processes


Procurement & Tenders Support

You will collaborate with the internal Tender Team to:

  • Review and analyze tender documentation

  • Support the preparation of legal and administrative documents

  • Coordinate inputs across Administration, Sales, and Revenue teams


Cross-Functional Collaboration

You will act as a legal point of support for day-to-day activities, interfacing with:

  • Revenue

  • Administration

  • HR

  • Sales

This will give you a holistic view of how legal activities enable and protect business operations.


🎓

Who We’re Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a Law degree (Giurisprudenza)

  • Strong interest in corporate law, contracts, compliance, and governance

  • Solid attention to detail and structured thinking

  • Ability to manage documentation with accuracy and discretion

  • Good communication skills in Italian (English is a plus)

  • Curious, proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a complex organization
